Safe Return

The Alzheimer' Association Safe Return™ Program aids in the prevention of wandering and becoming lost. Registrants are placed on a national database and receive an identification bracelet along with additional program materials. There are four methods of registering: 

1. Enroll in person at one of our offices or enrollment sites located throughout the three counties.
   
   
2. Telephone the direct line to Safe Return: 888-572-8566.
   
   
3. Enroll in the Safe Return Program with our secure form. It's fast and easy. Enroll on-line now.
   
   
4. Receive an enrollment form from one of our offices.
